This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through alisala.com.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging (including any gift boxes, pouches, or certificates)
Non-returnable items:
- Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@alisala.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your item is not approved for return (e.g., used, damaged, or not in its original packaging), it will be sent back to you without a refund.
Shipping costs (including original delivery fees) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like to exchange your item (e.g., for a different size or model), please contact us at contact@alisala.com to initiate the process.
Once we receive your returned item in good condition, we will send the replacement item as agreed.
Return shipping for the original item is at the customer's expense; we will cover the shipping of the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us upon reception with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, if the issue is confirmed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- First check your bank account or credit card statement
- Then contact your credit card company or bank
